4Export compliance and sanctions certification

You certify that each statement below is true, and will remain true for every order placed with CNJ. Please check each one.

Not a restricted party. Neither the customer nor any owner, director, officer, or employee involved in these purchases appears on any US government restricted-party list, including the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, the BIS Entity List, Denied Persons List, Unverified List and Military End-User List, and the State Department Debarred List.Not owned by a restricted party. The customer is not 50% or more owned, directly or indirectly, by one or more persons on the OFAC SDN List.No sanctioned countries or regions. The customer will not sell, ship, transfer, or re-export CNJ products, directly or through a third party, to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, or Kherson regions of Ukraine — or to any other country or region later subject to comprehensive US sanctions.No sales to sanctioned parties. CNJ products will not be used for, or sold to anyone for, nuclear, chemical, biological, missile, or military end uses, or for any military end user.Graphics cards (GPUs) and high-performance computing items: these will not be exported, re-exported, or transferred to China, Hong Kong, Macau, or any other destination that requires a US export license, unless a license has been obtained. They will not be used in AI data centers or supercomputers, or for advanced semiconductor development, where US law restricts that use.If the customer resells to another business, it will pass these same restrictions on in writing to that buyer.The customer will tell CNJ before ordering if it knows or suspects that any product will be re-exported to a different country than stated above.

6Acknowledgement and signature

By signing, the customer agrees that:

CNJ may screen the customer, its owners, and consignees against government lists at any time, before or after the first order.
CNJ may refuse, hold, or cancel any order, without liability, if it believes a sale could violate US export or sanctions law.
The customer will notify CNJ in writing within 5 business days if any statement in this form stops being true.
The customer will provide end-user or end-use statements for specific orders when CNJ requests them.
A breach of Sections 4 or 5 lets CNJ terminate the account immediately. The customer will indemnify CNJ for any losses, fines, or penalties caused by the breach.
These certifications apply to all current and future orders until withdrawn in writing.
